Overview of our partnership with Workday

Merge is an Innovation Silver Partner,. which means we’ll receive proactive updates on Workday’s product roadmap, access to the Workday Community—including FAQs, forums, and tutorials—and more.

In addition, we’ll:

• Be listed on the Workday Marketplace
• Receive support from Workday’s Digital Program Support team
• Participate in exciting co-marketing opportunities, such as getting showcased on Workday’s Linkedin channel and participating in Workday-led webinars

How our partnership will help us support our Workday integration 

As part of the partnership, we’ll also receive access to additional documentation for building to specific endpoints and managing certain integration issues, both of which will allow us to build a deeper, more reliable Workday integration.

In addition, we’ll receive 2 Workday development tenants, which enable us to test certain aspects of our Workday syncs (e.g., certain authentication mechanisms) before pushing them to production. And we’ll receive enablement and ongoing support from Workday’s Partner Integration Architects on all aspects of working with their APIs, from designing to developing to supporting a given integration use case. This’ll translate to fewer issues and shorter downtime if any impacts our customers.
