What are the available sync frequencies for Box integrations?

The sync frequencies vary depending on your plan and the Common Model you’re syncing:

• Daily: Data is synced every 24 hours (only applies to the Group Common Model)
• Standard: Data is synced every 6 days
• High: Data is synced every 4 days (or 3 hours for Group)
• Highest: Data is synced every 3 days (or 1 hour for Group)

How is your customer's Box data encrypted and where is it stored?

Merge encrypts all Box data in transit and at rest using AES-256 encryption. Data is stored on AWS servers based on your region of choice:

• US: AWS Virginia
• EU: AWS Stockholm
• APAC: AWS Singapore

Single-tenant environments with enhanced security are also available​.

How does Merge log Box data and how long does it retain data?

Merge temporarily stores API payloads for data normalization and logs:

• Free/Launch Plans: Logs are stored for 3 days
• Professional Plan: Logs are stored for 30 days
• Enterprise Plan: Logs are stored for 90+ days​

How long does it take developers to set up a Box integration?

Adding Merge's integration with Box can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days. That said, once you've built to Merge's Unified API, you can easily add hundreds of integrations (in addition to Box) with ease.‍
